Pan American Vintage Ads

Pan Am ads fly high and still look great 50+ years later. Imagine creating something that would have a shelf life greater than a few years, not built around something gimmicky, but genuinely great. I think about this every waking minute of my life.

One of my goals as a producer and director is to create narratives that will hold up against the movement of time. I do my best to stay away from gimmicky trends in the industry. Specifically, I refuse to use color grading presets to achieve a “film” look through color manipulation. I color correct my footage as natural and beautifully as possible to the source and you know what, ten years down the road, it will still look great, because a properly white-balanced image will always look great. I won’t date my film projects with current color correcting trends just to achieve momentary appeal.
